Tabrizi Kofta A signature dish of oven-cooked Lamb & Beef meatballs, delicately blended with rice and split yellow peas, infused with aromatic herbs. Each kofta is enriched with barberries, pistachios, and dried plums, with a hidden centre of walnut and plum (please note: contains a stone). Served in a savoury sauce alongside Persian flat sourdough bread and a refreshing Shirazi salad. Grandpa’s Choice A nostalgic, house-special creation made with eggs, sugar, olive oil, yogurt, tahini, black tahini, and flour—bringing together deep, nutty and subtly sweet flavours in a unique, traditional style. Tahchin (Vegetarian option available) A beautifully oven-baked saffron rice cake with a crisp golden crust, made with yogurt and eggs, and layered with tender shredded chicken. Finished with a vibrant topping of barberries and pistachios for a balance of sweet and nutty flavours. Served with a fresh mixed leaf salad. A vegetarian version is available upon request.
