Thank you for your interest in R&H cafe gallery handmade art! Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that you receive something truly unique. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our creations, we are unable to replicate or remake any artwork once it has been sold. Please review our return policy below:

1. No Refund or Return Policy:

   • No refunds or returns whatsoever are accepted for any items, including art pieces and art jewelry.

   • This policy is in place due to the personal, handmade nature of our products.

   • This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Reasons for Return:

   • If the artwork or jewelry arrives damaged or with a defect, we will offer a replacement (depending on availability and situation), but no refunds will be issued.

   • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason, as each item is unique and handmade.

3. Product Variations:

   • Please note that the similarity of the sold piece to the advertised product image or video is impossible to guarantee exactly, as each artwork is handmade. Small variations in color, texture, and design may occur, making your piece uniquely different from the one shown in promotional images or videos. These variations are part of the charm of handmade art and are not grounds for return.

4. Return Process:

   • If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

   • Provide photographs of any damage or defects, along with your order number.

   • We will guide you through the process for replacement or resolution, but no refunds will be issued.

5. Refunds:

   • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except for defective or damaged items as noted above.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

6. Custom Orders:
