Sirabij or Sirvavij is a traditional dish from Gilan province, made with freshly chopped wild garlic leaves. The preparation involves finely chopping the garlic leaves with a knife and sautéing them in a pan with a little oil. Then, a few eggs and some spices (including salt, pepper, and turmeric) are added and mixed together.
